If it’s the latter (which I suspect it is), I don’t disagree with you. In fact, I state so much near the end of my post. But my position is that the repetition is important because a lot of people out there do not know that it is, as you say “a commonlaw right” to bicycle the streets of my city. If there’s something wrong with taking proactive steps at increasing awareness that can lead to safer streets, please tell me.
