If it&#039;s the latter  (which I suspect it is), I don&#039;t disagree with you. In fact, I state so much near the end of my post. But my position is that the repetition is important because a lot of people out there do not know that it is, as you say &quot;a commonlaw right&quot; to bicycle the streets of my city. If there&#039;s something wrong with taking proactive steps at increasing awareness that can lead to safer streets, please tell me. </description>
