Fauxtograph: The Dude A-Strides

Sitting in the parking lot next to Tacos Delta this afternoon, I spied the iconic Silver Lake Walking Dude across the street on Sunset. Whenever I see him he’s either reading a newspaper or talking on his cellphone.
Instead of the straight pixels I snapped I decided to put the digitally zoomed image through a random series of Photoshop filtrations and here’s the end result (click to triplify):

It’s Dr. Marc Abrams, of all people! The Militant spotted him on the Venice Beach boardwalk last summer. Looks like he’s got some new shorts for Spring.
Indeed, MA. I even know where he lives. Having been a bit of a walking dude myself back during a stretch in 2006, I was once up strolling the northwestern heights area of the Silver Lake Reservoir and saw him come out of a house on Moreno.
But he may or may not live at that house…maybe the doctor was just making a house call!
