After the 6th Street Viaduct opened last year but before the shiz all hit the fan last year with that racist audio recording that blew up the City Council, Councilman Kevin De Lyin’ put forth a motion that was approved by the Council allocating thousands upon thousands of dollars to vandalism abatement for the new span.
Meanwhile, how much has gone toward cleaning up the years’ old layers of west-to-east tags lining both sides of the 2nd Street Tunnel (also in disgraced Kevy Kev’s district)?
